Had a super experience with Crescent Appliance Service when my water heater decided to act up. Found them doing a quick Google search and bam, they popped up with great reviews. Gave 'em a call, and they were at my place in Glendale, CA, pretty fast.
This guy Mark shows up, real professional but not stuffy, ya know? He knew his stuff about all things water heater repair. Mine's an A.O. Smith, and he dove right in, figured out the issue without any fuss. I mean, who needs a cold shower, right?
He sorted out the problem in no time, explained just enough so I knew what was happening without getting all techy. Appreciate that kind of thing, you know?
